- Zenwork is seeking an exceptional Senior Accountant to add to its Finance Team.

- As our Senior Accountant,- you will assist with accounting, reporting and compliance functions and help to develop and maintain scalable solutions to enable our fast-growing company to continue to grow.

- Reporting to our CFO, you will own all accounting related activities for Zenwork's subsidiary Zenwork Digital India and will be responsible for overseeing the work of staff accountant.

- You will also provide some accounting support to other Zenwork US subsidiaries.

What You'll Do:.

- Monthly financial closure and the preparation of financials and MIS reports.

- Prepare monthly write-ups on performance and analyze financial movements.

- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll.

- Working with the local management team to execute the budgeting and forecasting process as well as updating these numbers with actuals and revised forecasts on a monthly basis.

- Coordinate Statutory audit, Tax Audit and quarterly reviews.

- Oversee tax compliance, Labor laws compliance and proper regulatory reporting.

- Preparation of GST returns GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9 and 9C.

- Preparation of all TDS returns, monthly TDS working and payments.

- Process Payroll and prepare of all PT PF and ESIC returns.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal financial controls.

We're Looking for Someone:.

- Qualified CA with 3+ years of accounting and finance industry experience.

- Experience in preparation of Consolidated financial statements.

- Experience in handling or leading statutory audits.

- Experience with managing multiple jurisdictions and entities, including foreign locations.

- 1+ years' experience using NetSuite ERP software.

- An analytical, problem-solving approach to set up of systems and procedures.

- A detailed oriented mindset, driven to do things right the first time.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff and management in various departments.

- Expertise with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, etc.
