The modular SaaS business operating system from ZenTrades, with its CRM and ERP, is built to meet the complex requirements of trades including fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. 4. Support in sustaining investor relations, fundraising, and business development.

5. Coordinate with all the teams to build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies, and establish key business opportunities. Establish and track progress across multiple projects ( OKRs, etc.) and work with stakeholders across functions.

6. Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities at different times.

7. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:


1. Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment.

2. Conduct desk research & also coordinate events for several areas of fundraising

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and funding opportunities in the SaaS industry

4. Assist in creating fundraising materials, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial models

5. Work closely with the finance team to gather relevant data and financial information for fundraising purposes

6. Assist in coordinating and scheduling investor meetings and presentations.

7. Participate in investor outreach activities, including emails, phone calls, and networking events

8. Support the development of fundraising strategies and tactics to attract investors and secure funding

9. Help maintain investor databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

10. Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that highlight the company's value proposition to potential investors

11. Learn about the SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights during fundraising discussions

12. Spearhead and coordinate company-wide meetings on behalf of the CEO

13. Assist in building business process documentation to support the venture establishment

14. Business and corporate strategic planning shall include lead generation strategies, industry analysis, market research, and strategy value assessment. A lot of data-based research and strategy-making will be required here

15. Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships

16. Prioritizing and regularly tracking all the major projects and keeping the CEO updated regarding the progress and also concerns, if any

17. Assisting the founding team in terms of planning, implementing, and managing various projects and the proposed recommendations and projects

18. Researching, analyzing, and drawing valuable conclusions/ insights from the vast amount of data related to the market, industry, current processes & trends and also reporting the same to the management at regular interval

You will fit right if you have:

1. B. Tech/MBA/BBA/Economics/PGDM in any specialization

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a management/strategy or a fast-paced startup environment

3. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Sound business judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information

5. Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis

6. Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances.

7. Can-do attitude or can hustle

8. Proven time management skills, with an ability to effectively establish and execute priorities in a dynamic and changing environment

9. Good data analytics skills/presentation

10. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

11. Excellent command of MS Office and Google Workspace

12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

13. Adaptable and flexible to changing circumstances and needs of the role, including flexibility in working hours -depending upon the organization's needs at different locations and time zones

14. You are an entrepreneur at heart, i.e., you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one.

15. You believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things

16. You do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths

Note: You will be required to operate in the US time zone which is - 10:00 pm IST to 7:00 am IST from the Pune Location.
