Here's how you'll contribute:

- About 2 to 7 yrs experience in RMG Function .

- Need to work with Practice leaders and support in internal fulfillment leveraging various channels

- Work closely with SGO/Practice leaders in planning for the future demand fulfillment as well as current reactive demand.

- Experience in publishing all the weekly or adhoc reports on utilization, fulfillment, pool, freshers, Demand, Demand hiring, Upskilling training needs etc.

- Good in communication

- Good team player

- Experience in handling the Data analytics fulfillment in RMG function .
