Growth & Strategy Manager
Role responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assessing market trends and competitors. Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
- Analyse data to draw meaningful insights, and take actions to improve processes.
- Designing dashboards to track team's progress and draw meaningful insights.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in business management or Growth and Strategy role
- Start-up experience preferred.
- Expert leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of business, finance, analytics and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated drive for results through a history of achievements and strategy.
- History of driving complex projects in the face of ambiguity.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
