- Enable company to achieve its mission &amp; vision by leveraging technology. - Mission: Improve quality of life and increase chances of cancer cure - Vision: Saving lives of cancer patients - Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. - Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage. - Build and groom the technology team to meet our rapid development plans. - Spearhead all technical design, development, deployment, support and maintenance functions. - Ensure world-class user experience for ease and stickiness and maintain privacy of sensitive information. - Guide all departments (sales, marketing, customer support) to use technology effectively. - Tech stack: PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter, JavaScript, HTML, AWS. Willing to implement newer technology stacks like MEAN / MERN. - Tech team: 4 people currently. Looking to hire more once CPTO joins and handpicks her / his team. - Overall team: 30-member team (and growing).
