Zeno Health - Program Manager - Learning & Development (5-7 yrs)

Job Description:
- Collaborate with L&D leader and the Leadership team to align business priorities
- Identify the key capability challenges that need to be addressed in order to deliver the mission and the business
- Design, create, deploy scalable programs to build capability aligned with the business needs and co-own the business outcomes expected from them
- Stay connected to the floor and beneficiaries of the deployed programs, to understand what is working and what needs improvement, w.r.t. the programs deployed and keep evolving them
- Create, manage and recognize qualified SME task force to deliver training/coaching at scale in the organization
- Develop monitoring and evaluation tools for assessing the effectiveness of programs
- Make - Build from within- as the key talent pipeline engine in the company
Desired Skills and Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in program management of people development/ L&D/ OD
- Must have great communication skills
- Good planning and M&E skills
- Knowledge of people development and coaching frameworks
