Zeno Health is dedicated to changing healthcare in India. Building omnichannel experience, loyalty management system, and community tech based on gamification for better healthcare outcomes are our core focus and growth areas for the future, with the aim of providing affordable healthcare to millions.

Currently, Zeno Health serves around 10 Lakhs+ customers, out of which, around 6.5 lakhs+ are chronic patients. These patients are our loyal customers, and we want to ensure that we keep providing them with stellar value-added services, apart from providing them medicines at the right price. One of the key demanded services by our customers is Diagnostics (Lab tests) which is the highlight of our India's first, Health Loyalty Program.

We are looking for stellar candidates to build and scale the diagnostic operation services across all geographies, in a full stack, omnichannel model. Responsibilities :

- Build and lead a strong team of internal Ops team leaders and Phlebotomists to scale ZenoHealth diagnostics services across Mumbai and other geographies

- Own and manage the daily functions of the lab test business including logistics, supply chain management, vendor management, coordination with QA, reverse logistics and service management

- Set up, and maintain daily systems to ensure smooth coordination between CRM, Vendor partner, and and internal Phlebotomists/Ops team

- Ensure regulatory, compliance and internal SOPs and rules are followed by all the vendor partners and In house Phlebotomists from Sample collections to processing and report delivery

- Build a robust system of check and balances, QA, for sample processing with the vendor partners

- Build a robust logistics network ensuring hub and spoke model for home/remote sample collection to delivery

- Establish and maintain ZenoHealth diagnostics business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability

- Manage operational budget to align with goals of business

- Handling operations of the store based care/vital counter for enabling in-store health assessment of the customers

- Operations role in top tier FMCG companies, other operations heavy start-up

Qualifications:

- Tier 1/Tier 2 college graduate (IIT/NIT/BITS)

- 3-4 yrs experience in Operations

- Experience in healthcare, diagnostic services in a plus

- Retail operations experience - Sales/ Marketing/ merchandising would be preferred
