Director - Product is a leadership role at Zeno. This is a pivotal role in the journey of democratizing healthcare - A journey of discovering the unimaginable to drive sustainable health outcomes, bringing extreme user centricity, creating a tech first approach and playing this infinite game with high quality of execution. The leader will lead a team of Sr PMs, PMs across 2 business channels at Zeno - Retail & Social commerce, to powerfully cause outcomes owned by the product teams dedicated to both the channels by collaborating with the channel leaders, functional leaders & Sr PMs within the channels, creating the product strategy aligned to Org OKRs, coaching the team, driving research & innovation and driving prioritization & alignment at a leadership level.

Responsibilities :

- Build, lead and coach a rockstar team of Sr PMs, PMs, Designers who own and drive outcomes of various parts of the value stream

- Create and drive the strategy for the portfolio of products for consumers and internal users in collaboration with the channel leaders, functional leaders and product team in line with the organization OKRs

- Drive outcomes owned by the product teams across various factories inside the channels to ensure outcomes are caused

- Drive alignment on product roadmap prioritization with the business and functional leadership team

- Create a culture of empathy led decision making

- Create culture of balancing agility and scalability and guide the team continuously to take the right calls in the interest of business

- Own and deliver product org ROI

- Lead consumer user research without bias

- Build strong data systems to drive team performance

- Identify and resolve dependency between other product areas

Who is a good fit :

- 10+ years of experience in product management with experience of leading teams across a portfolio of products

- Very strong at user research

- Very strong at first principle thinking - Outcome orientation & Insight first approach

- Strong cross functional collaboration & communication skills

- Very strong at data driven decision making

- Deep knowledge of agile execution

- Very high learnability

- Evaluation vectors

Product skills

- Very high user empathy in self and can coach team on this

- Very strong first principle thinking and can coach the team on the same

- Ability to drive a cross functional team to a common goal
