Job For Head CRM Consumer Retention, Engagement and Insights Accountabilities & Activities : - Support the planning and execution of in-app Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Calling and other customer marketing campaigns - Track and analyze campaign performance; summarize data into user-friendly reports and provide recommendations - Drive learnings through data with the ability to share and distribute learnings - Create campaign calendar and manage creative development and testing - Monitor budget for campaigns - Understand and anticipate user needs to conceptualize marketing campaigns that speak to relevant value props - Oversee the development of engaging channel-specific content and partnering with our in house creative team, ensure that all creative elements are on-brand, engaging, and relevant - Support new products, categories, service launches across markets by designing and managing product launch campaigns. - Initiate new and maintain existing communication activities and campaigns in accordance with brand creative guidelines and strategies. - Develop, implement and manage a customer database across Zeno Network - Ensure continuation and development of existing individual engagement programs to maintain customer engagement and loyalty. - Deliver in-life retention programs & campaigns, ensuring that multi-channel, integrated campaigns are prioritized internally and externally with our agencies and delivered in the most effective manner - Design and execute a rapid closed-loop action process for NPS, enabling us to systematically solve customer nuisances and improve the service we deliver - Deliver targeted improvements in customer engagement and retention. Managing the reporting of KPIs which identify performance and ROI of campaigns, using any learning's to improve and optimize the customer journey - Drive an ongoing culture of improvement and innovation, creating and developing processes that will drive efficiency and effectiveness - Optimise existing approaches and introduce new Up-sell/Cross-sell activities ensuring that content is segmented to ensure relevance to our segments - Ensure continuation of corporate communication program - Review 3rd party suppliers with the aim to create maximum efficiency levels for outsourced solutions - Select/manage advertising & promotion agencies. Desired Skills to Succeed in this role : - Graduation in any discipline, post-graduation is an add on - Solid analytical and numerical skills; - Proven experience in driving increased customer engagement & retention. - Proven experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing communication and promotional agencies. - Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win and maintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels; - Clear communication and presentation skills; - In-depth understanding and knowledge of Consumer Segmentation, Consumer Journeys and Cohort based Planning and Execution - Hands-on experience of working on CRM tools like Clever tap, Salesforce, Oracle Cx or any such tools - Business experience which should include developing and executing retention and customer value management campaigns within a D2C, B2C environment. Desired Background: - B.Tech or any Postgraduate degree with a strong analytical background - 4 to 6 years of experience in a data-driven, cross-channel, customer marketing role. - SMS, WhatsApp, calling marketing principles and best practices (audience targets, demographic data, segmentation, testing, compelling offers, campaign automation) - People with D2C Ecommerce will be preferred - Result-oriented performance marketer - Self-starter with the ability to support multiple work streams to meet deadlines.
