Zenatix - Associate Product Manager (1-4 yrs)
About the role :
Zenatix is looking for an experienced Product person.
This person would be an integral part of the product team and participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch and maintenance of existing products.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct surveys & market research to understand use cases for each business vertical
- Research market trends, competitive offerings, and feature requirements to improve Zenatix product roadmap
- Coordinate with Customer Success team to collect product requirements and requests from existing and potential customers, subject matter experts, and internal teams
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions and support & fix existing features whenever required
- Design working prototypes for new product features
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Requirements :
Must-have:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
- Strong time management skills
Good-to-have:
- Experience in IoT domain
- Familiarity with market research
- Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Asana
