About the job - Zelthy is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to join the core team managing the delivery of client products and applications on the Zelthy Cloud. Zelthy is a fast-growing next generation Healthcare Platform currently used by top global pharmaceutical companies and health-tech companies across Asia. As a Program Manager, you would be required to: - Own and manage customer accounts and P&amp;L while driving the delivery, managing a team of developers, product managers and QA, and ensuring training, adoption and customer success - Work with the founding team to setup the delivery function including the processes, standards, KPIs, recruitment and structures - Work with Clients to define Zelthy Cloud adoption strategy &amp; objectives, scope, business requirements and agree on a proposed solution to be deployed - Act as a single point of authority of projects including centralized tracking of project documentation, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and projects progress - Review and analyze statements of work, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives, acceptance criteria and deliverables are clearly defined - Create visibility of project risks and drive appropriate mitigation plans throughout the project life cycle - Organize and conduct status update meetings during the duration of the project and produce meeting minutes - Champion a culture of accountability and a high adherence to the project management practices What we are looking for: - You have 5 to 10 years of experience with 3+ years experience working as a software program manager with experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects in a technology company and preferably, a degree in engineering. - An advance degree is highly desirable, particularly an MBA - You are comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people. - You have significant agile/lean experience in organizations leveraging lean/agile methodologies and in-depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc. - Technologies we use: Python, Django Rest Framework, Celery, AWS, S3, EC2, RDS, Dynamo DB, Lambda, MySQL, PostgreSQL, React.JS Benefits &amp; Opportunity: - Ours is a young team with minimal management structure.
