Zefo - Senior Manager - Buying - Appliances

Job requirements :

- Manage overall buying for appliances category (Around 10 Cr of monthly turnover) across a portfolio of large and small accounts

- Manage a team of 4-5 buyers

- Grow various sourcing channels (unboxed, brand new, and used) in line with overall business vision

- Improve gross margins and working capital

- Analyze performance across various channels and prepare weekly / monthly buying plans

Skills required :

- Stakeholder management - role would involve dealing with VP level folks across e-commerce players and brands

- Good analytical skills including high degree of proficiency in MS Excel. Basic understanding of mysql will be helpful

- People management - team would eventually expand to multiple managers and executives.
