Key Responsibilities : - This position will primarily work with the President/CBO and Executive Team in reporting, planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, projects, and priorities. - Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement. - Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan - Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan. - Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities. - Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans. - Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase - Identifying growth opportunities and designing content & monetization Strategy - Collaborated with all functional heads to drive business initiatives and provided updated reports to the executives - Evaluate multiple potential strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities and presented them to the executives - Liaise with finance, legal and compliance teams for drafting various agreements and proposals for multiple assignments - Formulate multiple business plans for organic growth of the company after interacting with various relevant stakeholders - Create several marketing collaterals as entries to various industry - Collaborate with external vendors/consultants on performing the due-diligence and valuation of the digital company - Work with the group CEO to create business proposals for expansion at the group level along with external consultants - Manage cross-functional initiatives & key special projects as part of CBO's Office - Design marketing plans for upcoming projects - Develop fresh growth Strategy for XYZ-owned streaming app; share with CBO - Support by providing strategic direction through analysis and financial modelling ; directly impacted bottom line performance by analysis of Planning process, trends in operating expenses and key metrics for designated corporate areas - Conduct financial analysis, supporting in internal and regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting & forecasting that led to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability and productivity - Track and analyse various financial market transactions, thereby gaining an insight into transaction dynamics - Should be an effective communicator with strong relationship management skills with the capability to relate to people at any level of business/ management Qualification : - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response - Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions Education & Experience required: Preferably Engg. + MBA, working in management consulting firms or in ceo office as Lead - Strategy or program management Experience- 4- 5 years Location - Mumbai
