Category Head ZEE5 is looking for a Product and P&amp;L Leader as the Head of Growth with the responsibility of building our consumer business. Key requirements : - We are looking for people who have deep experience in building and growing a large consumer in a digital environment - You should be able to think like a product manager while solving business problems, have the strategic acumen of a P&amp;L leader and the market awareness of a marketing head - Understanding of customer acquisition, engagement and retention in the digital space. - Exposure to MarTech tools, CLM, performance marketing, etc. - Deep Expertise in marketing and category management, funnel and conversion management, retention and engagement - Appreciation for customer experience (CX) and consumer behaviour - Proven expertise in problem-solving and first principles thinking. Ability to decompose a complex problem statement into multiple workstreams and create a comprehensive execution strategy - Ability to think big - Zero to 1- or 10X - Expert at working and setting targets in a cross-functional environment - Entrepreneurial with High degree of ownership Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Complete P&amp;L ownership of Direct to Consumer business category. End to end category management. - Responsible for Top-line &amp; bottom-line - Revenue, Subscribers, Cost and Engagement metrics. - Ownership of consumer metrices - CX, Product interventions, Funnel &amp; conversion, Retention, Churn, Account Scoring &amp; Modelling - Achieve revenue by acquiring, engaging and retaining of consumers - Set goals for cross-functional projects and liaise with marketing, performance marketing, content, Business Development, CLM and product teams to execute acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. - Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel plans to drive customer acquisition - Partner with cross-functional teams to translate the voice of customer into actionable insights, sharpen marketing efforts and enhance the customer proposition to acquire new customers - Conduct in-depth research and determine - gaps and opportunities for the business. - Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories - Own projects with considerable scope and complexity that impact the customer experience Education and experience : - MBA or Engineering from a Teir 1 B-schools - 12 - 15 years' experience in marketing, category management or business ownership roles in Ecommerce / consumer internet
