(Focus on South Cluster - Zee Tamil, Zee Cinemalu, Zee Telugu, Zee Thirai, Zee Kannada, Zee Picchar, Zee Keralam) - Good knowledge and interests in on Prime Time TV shows making with ace Producers, directors, dop's working on TV fiction and non - fiction shows. - Responsible for managing MIS data and working on the data analysis for Flagship & Regional Projects Stakeholder Management - Business partnering and stakeholder management - Effectively coordinate and work with flagship Programing team, Legal and Operations Dept. - Working closely with Finance business partner to understand - AGP (Annual Growth Plan) to exercise right budgetary controls. Synergizing effectively with commercial counter-parts in other regions. Process Delivery - Deliver business benefits which are aligned to quality, service, cost and innovation. - Ensuring comparative study and benchmarking. - Responsible for vendor development and vendor management - Manage entire PO process, Contract management and supplier Information and performance management - Responsible for knowledge and education of new trends in media and Entertainment industry Key Interfaces - External Stakeholders - Production Houses, Producers, Artists - Internal Stakeholders: Programming/ Creative Dept, Legal Dept, Ops Dept, Finance, Marketing Skills : - Research and analytical skills required to develop solutions to complex problems and analyze complex proposals - Strong organizational and time management skills resulting in advertising deadlines being met - Must have demonstrated expertise in Commercial related roles and responsibilities, understand media trends - Knowledge of handling and executing other categories shall be an added advantage
