Senior Manager Research (Digital) -ZEEL - Candidates from Market Research Agencies, Digital and OTT experience preferable - The candidate will be responsible for keeping the business team abreast with current category and competitive landscape and key metrics. As an example, these are some of the expected KRAs for the candidate : 1. Drive primary research projects to support research and marketing teams 2. Be a champion of Brand Track, other digital studies such as NPS and BLS 3. Provide the business teams with regular market and competition intelligence 4. Constant and regular updates on digital metrics 5. Data mining and constant eyeballing to spot trends 6. Champion the syndicated tools (App Annie & Comscore) 7. Help in building dashboards with important metrics for quick view 8. Collaborative on research projects + working with teams to bring in consolidated learnings - Tracking viewership pattern on regular basis and identifying any changes that are driving the consumer decisions - Support marketing and cross functional teams by assessing market size, potential and growth of the genre in terms of consumer preferences and share insights with the teams - Interpret, present and visualize the platform analytics provided by ZEE5 team, collaborate with the platform team for effective launches - Supervise analysis of external reports and prepare detailed valuation report formulating programming strategies - Keep up to date with industry changes, case studies and regulatory impacts through internal and external networks
