Candidates with Experience in Media Agencies, OTT Platforms, or well know brand on Consumer facing E-Commerce /Internet companies preferred . - Responsible for leading social media, content creation strategy for designated handle and shows - Own the strategic thinking process, planning, publishing schedule for content across all platforms - Work with Strategy Management team to refine social media strategy and best practices - Responsible for building brand authority by publishing relevant, original, high quality social content for each individual show &amp; vertical at large across all social channels with key focus on driving social media talkability, buzz and stoking organic spread-through - Own &amp; Implement Social Media posts &amp; big projects calendar at an annual, quarterly &amp; monthly level - Develop large &amp; active communities that propagate Brand Love for specific shows, engaged to social media &amp; flow through to platform in the form of increased platform usage - Champion proactive Real-time-marketing &amp; topical/occasion led themes being manifested on social platforms through interesting campaigns - Build, Leverage &amp; expand the network of Influencers, bloggers &amp; publishers - Assist with copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed for notifications, social media updates, etc - Measure, Analyze &amp; report ROI of social media efforts project wise, including traffic, audience growth, engagement, reach. - Manage agency partners to collaboratively chase the KPIs set at the start of the year. Desired Background &amp; Experience : - 6-8 years strong digital &amp; social media experience - Having managed entire social media ecosystem of agencies, bloggers &amp; publishers in direct capacity - Demonstrated success of award-winning social media work recognised by established authorities - Work experience mix of a few years at a social media agency &amp; on client side as well - Preferred Industries / Categories: OTT, Media &amp; entertainment, Ecomm, Digital organizations Qualification: Bachelors (must), MBA in marketing (desirable).
