Lead - Marketing AVOD - MBA from a Tier 1 premier institution - 10-12 years of experience in marketing for media companies, consumer internet / ecommerce or online Media. - Exposure to business outcome as quantified business objectives - Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results - Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills - Experience in leading teams and people management required Job Responsibilities : - Responsible for the Traffic scale up of the AVOD business. Own the end 2 end process from getting traffic through marketing to improving online viewing experience, to ensuring higher levels of engagement on platform and building repeat stickiness with a superior customer experience. - Develop a deep understanding of consumers, taste clusters and trends. Partner with data sciences on using data to develop consumer profiles & audience insights based on internal & external data. - Collaborate with the content team on developing / acquiring new content in line with the consumer understanding - Develop the business and marketing strategy for content consumption, acquiring new users from TV, online platform and engaging & retaining of existing users. - Execute the marketing business plan while collaborating with internal stakeholders (Creative, CLM, PR, Social, Performance, Platform & BD teams) and external agencies (Creative, Media, Activation and Social) - Plan and execute on the ongoing analysis of the content consumption trends, key business drivers, and performance indicators. - Work with Digital Marketing teams and align the management of creative, media and agency partners to ensure scalable and integrated marketing campaigns
