VP- Digital Marketing - The Zee5 India Leadership team is looking to add an experienced, analytical and results-driven business leader to help scale the Digital marketing capabilities efficiently by building best in class teams, processes, and tools. The incumbent will be a key contributor to the growth of both SVOD and AVOD verticals in Zee5 and will manage a team of fast-moving and result oriented professionals. - This individual will own the growth agenda for the organization with key deliverables on increasing subscriptions, users, viewers, time spent, and building stickiness with a best in class customer experience. - The incumbent should be an experienced digital marketing professional and will have a responsibility to design, implement and drive ROI-driven Performance marketing and Digital Branding initiatives across digital channels, CLM Campaigns, SEO, Affiliates, and Marketing Analytics. - If you want to operate at start-up speed, solve some of the hardest problems and build a service that customers love, Zee5 might just be the place for you. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem. - You should have proven thought leadership and success in driving best in class scale and efficiency using digital marketing channels across paid and organic campaigns, in the B2C sector. You should be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of the rapid test and learn approaches. The role's responsibilities include: - Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital performance marketing initiatives to drive scale and efficiency for Zee5 - Establish and optimize a variety of digital partnerships to drive greater adoption of the service. - Demonstrate ability to work at managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems. - Coordinate with other cross-functional marketing professionals to leverage relationships, and establish best practices for digital marketing and advertising. - Proactively share and learn best practices from the Indian industry and across the world- - Manage internal, agency, and other external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of digital channels, networks, and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential subscribers and viewers. - Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of Zee5's marketing efforts and disseminate knowledge on the ones working for Zee5 across teams. - The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership/commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in technology. Customer obsession is a must. Education and Experience - MBA from a Tier 1 premier institution - 12-16 years of experience in Digital marketing in consumer internet/e-commerce or online Media. - Exposure to the business outcome as quantified business objectives - Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results - Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills - Experience in leading teams and people management required
