The incumbent will be heading the Product and Technology team for all the Digital Publishing products. Should have expertise in building Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, Content Management System, Hybrid Mobile Apps, etc. Key responsibilities include: - Taking Technology and Product Ownership of all our Digital Properties - Create and drive Digital Strategy to improve customer engagement, RPU and reach for our products and monetise Zee Content accordingly - Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, SEM) - Ad Technology Management (Ad Manager) - Define Enterprise technology framework and develop support framework accordingly - Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes. - Work with IT stakeholders to pursue opportunities to leverage technology to achieve business unit objectives. - Manage mobility space with offering app for Android, iOS and windows - Setting up new robust, scalable platform to support exponential growth to business in coming years Skills : Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Product Development Ideal person should have - Proven work experience in managing planning and development of Digital Products at a Leadership level - Should stay up to date with recent developments in technology space and bring innovative solutions to the table for integrating them with our products - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Strong problem solving skills with a go - getter attitude - Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - MBA/MCA, MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent prefered
