Key Responsibilities: - The Head of Trade Marketing will plays a key role in driving excellence cross key customers/key accounts. The role will also focus on building expert knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the customer in order to build long term partnerships and increase revenues. - This position leads the development and implementation of category management strategies. This will focus on increasing the product presence in our categories, strengthening our brands, optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy. - The role will lead a team of Trade Marketing Managers. - This position will also be responsible for the development of the trade marketing strategy, working with category marketing, customer and category analysis to develop promotional strategy. - Define category trade marketing KPIs, Lead country trade marketing team, defining organizational structure, definition of skills and competencies - Develop category strategies and vision to customers; leads and supports the implementing of the product promotional strategy across customers, in line with brand priorities and media plans. Builds long-term partnerships with customers in order to drive margins and meet company objectives - Continuous analysis of the competitive and customer position in country, working together with sales to develop long-term trade marketing actions and strategies aimed at strengthening company's position in categories across country portfolio. - Strong leadership skills and energetic management style Insightful, with strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate complex information, interpret &amp; develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation. - Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating. Leadership &amp; interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships &amp; influencing internal teams. Must have proven ability to be flexible, multi task and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment. - Confident and capable of operating and presenting at all levels, good team player. - Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve and takes initiative to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly when faced with obstacles. - Strong sense of urgency with ability to drive business critical projects; can work independently under general direction. - Problem solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to think outside the box
