Main Purpose of the position / Key responsibility areas : The Head Social will be responsible to promotes the company's brand, products and services via all social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. - Using Data/Content/Technology build a Social Strategy - Social Data as well as first party data insights to derive both Strategy and Execution - Build to brand &amp; acquisition/retention objectives through Social - Social as a tool should be used extensively to create and build a brand perception among consumers and customers - Ensure KPI led objectives like referrals for better Subscriptions - Social to work and be used as a retention tool - O&amp;M as a key KPI - Content Strategy &amp; planning as a subset to the social strategy - Roll out and use of technology to ensure better engagement &amp; innovation - Rollout of data in effective segmentation, targeting and optimisation Any other specific skills / attributes : - The person should have through data and technology and a thorough understanding of Content managed the social role earlier Target Industries / Companies :&nbsp;All OTT and Digital Organizations
