Long-form contents include TV Shows, News (Video - Live and VOD, Text), Kids, Hyper casual games, etc. Role Summary : - Director-DATA || AVOD analytics (long-form content): A person in this role will be working as a strategic partner for AVOD-B2C business. (s)he will be working on 3 kinds of projects - Today - To ensure the business thrive regularly, keep a hawk's eye on daily information coming from various dashboards to drive quick insights, early trends, RCA, to help business - Tomorrow - To keep the business prepare for tomorrow, you will work on predictive and prescription models to derive bigger value from daily granular consumer data. - Future - To ensure the business future-ready, you will work on innovative pioneering projects, where you will do ample research, read documents, papers, and experiment with new outcomes, first at the small scope, and then based on the success you will deploy at a large scale. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Cross-functional collaboration: AVOD category teams, AVOD business Head, Product &amp; Tech, CLM team, Content &amp; Platform team &amp; Other Data Science teams (e.g. Research, Data infrastructure) - Be innovative - stay curious, bring in new ideas, new thoughts, and drive the execution and impact along with cross-functional peers and leaders. - Be experimental and curious to learn - what consumers say - Apply litmus test of consumers How will our consumers like it - Mentor juniors to deliver the projects with excellence - Insights communicated to right cross-functional leaders, converted to product/ Tech tickets, ensure deployment and close the loop with measurement Qualifications : - 12+ years of experience in B2C Digital Analytics, with at least 5+ years of experience in a digital product company, with managing a 5+ sized team. Knowledge of the Freemium OTT platform would be the icing on the cake - Academic qualification: Masters / Phd in Statistics/ Mathematics/ biostatistics/ Computer Science or any other relevant domain. - Ideally worked in a start-up ecosystem - Comes with a can-do attitude - Consumer-centric
