Introduction The product lead for Live Events and Special Projects will be responsible for the end to end management and growth of the IPs and projects that come under both these verticals. He/She will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the product team to ensure that all project related deliverables are met with. He/She will work closely with internal and external stake holders and needs to be an expert at cross functional co-ordination and communication. The product lead will be responsible for the closure as well as flawless execution of the Zee Live calendar both within India and in international markets 1. Execution & Content Curation for IPs - Come up with innovative concepts for brands as per the brief shared within the committed timelines - In depth research to be done on an ongoing basis on brands and market dynamics both locally and globally - Ensuring that the curation and execution of all IPs are in line with ZEEL standards - Making sure IP briefs and decks are prepared atleast 60 days pre-execution in order to get the right partners on board and to ensure that the sales team gets enough time to sell the product in the market - Handling all processes related to commercial closure/finance/PMS/contracts connected to the project and ensuring timely closure of the same - Being the SPOC for all product based queries 2. Sponsor and Client management - To work proactively alongside the sales team to ensure the IP is backed with appropriate brands as sponsors. Deliver IP-related customized sponsor decks/ ideas with integrations relevant to the brand - Taking on the onus to ensure that the client/brand is serviced and expectations are met with at all times. Execution Excellence to be maintained at all times. - Gaining client trust and ensuring that he/she becomes the go to person for the sales team for all questions related to the IP. Is capable of handling briefs and client calls independently 3. Excellence in execution via inter-department co-ordination and process implementation - Intra and Inter department processes and co-ordination to be followed at all times - Ensuring Marketing/Ops/Sales/Talent is well aware of the product and develops strategies/plans that complement the overall product. Work closely with all teams to ensure optimum results for the product - Processes related to finance/legal/procurement to be handled independently along with the SPOC from the said department - Closures and all paperwork related to the same to be done as per committed timelines
