Position : Head of Products - Exchange  Base location : Mumbai, Maharashtra  Reporting to : Founders  RESPONSIBILITIES  An ideal incumbent will have complete Product ownership and will help Zebpay's transformation from a bitcoin exchange to a leading global crypto-currency exchange. The Head of Products is expected to craft short term, long term Product strategy also ensuring strong execution of the same. The professional should be hands on product design,development, and implementation based on strategic priorities. Product Leader with global mindset and must have knack of rolling-out country specific product/features/innovations that addresses much needed need-gaps in the respective markets by keeping a keen eye on changing geopolitical landscape of the markets in which the firm operates. Zebpay wishes to run this search as a global search covering top professionals working with leading crypto-currency exchanges, global fintech/wallet firms and relevant Indian, Asia-pacific firms that has reached scales.  Following are the key highlights of this role:  - Take end-to-end ownership of the Product, identify market requirements, define the Product Vision, create preliminary design concepts and shape overall technology and Product Roadmap and prioritize tasks for engineering teams, by collaborating with the Founders, business development, and marketing team.  - Lead the technology team with the right approach and supervision.  - Also ability to roll up sleeves and operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time be able to guide a team toward an objective.  - Keep eye for technology and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the trends and competition.  - Ability to manage Product lifecycle on different methodologies.  - Keep abreast of technology, product, competitor trends and key legal/regulatory specifications related to assigned product areas.  - Prepare and deliver presentations; review literature prior to publication  - Develop business case for product feasibility studies  - Drive team meeting schedules and product deployment  - Present product updates to the management as needed  - Guide and train new Product Managers  POSITION REQUIREMENTS  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA / PGDM or equivalent degree with minimum of 10-15+ years- experience post qualification with an organization of repute (preferably a Fintech / technology driven company)  - Earlier experience of working in a firm during its hyper growth stage will be preferred.  - Hands on technology leader possessing Knack of rolling out game-changing product, features in record time.  - Great problem solving skills and the ability to implement complex algorithms.  - Ability to execute robust project delivery plans with SWOT analysis  - Ability to provide strategic advisory to the top management
