JOB SPECIFICATION  Position : Head of Operations and Support  Base location : Mumbai, Maharashtra  Reporting to : Founders  Workforce : 15-20  RESPONSIBILITIES  The need is to hire a highly experienced Operations and Support Head to work in a tightly knit team along with the senior management to ensure Operations excellence and Customer support for the company. In addition to this he/ she will also be a part of the top level business strategy team. Following are the key highlights of this role:  1) Would be responsible for setting various systems and processes in the organization looking at the organization's needs and growing client base with a long term horizon.  2) Would be responsible for Operations Excellence and should be able to ensure excellent client support mechanism in the organization.  3) Extensive experience in Leading a group, Team management, enterprise wide deployments and complete life cycle of Project management; Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling.  4) Defining and creating Roles and responsibilities for the Team and monitoring them ensuring optimum utilization.  5) Creating and implementing systems/processes to increase the operational efficiency.  6) Extending technical support and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt redressal of their problems by providing training to Engineers & Customers.  7) Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances.  8) Competent in implementing effective solutions to the internal/external customer needs, with an aim to improve customer satisfaction and consequently customer loyalty.  9) Preparing MIS analysis on Service call reports attended by Support Engineers for performance & customer satisfaction analysis.  10) Hire and manage BPO / Call Centers for outsourcing support functions.  11) Hire knowledge of tools like Sales force, Zendesk, Freshdesk, IVR systems etc., for smooth functioning of processes.  POSITION REQUIREMENTS -   Functional Requirements:  - MBA / PGDM or equivalent degree with minimum of 12-15+ years- experience post qualification setting up and scaling up Operations with an organization of repute (preferably a Fintech / technology driven company)  - Proven ability and track record in managing Operations and Support in a fast scaled-up organization.  - Quasi Entrepreneurial, Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
