JOB SPECIFICATION  Position : Head of International Expansion  Base location : Singapore  Reporting to : Founders  Workforce :Operation and support team for the specific region will report to this position.  RESPONSIBILITIES  The Head of International Expansion will direct the expansion strategy of the organisation in the APAC, Middle east and European region and drive the new business for the company in the region by playing a key role in contributing to the company's revenue and bottom line. The expansion efforts will initiate from Singapore and subsequently focus on other SE Asian, Middle East and European countries. Following are the key highlights of this role:  - Responsible for defining the expansion strategy, identify markets to enter, build teams to execute in each country and set up processes across geographies. Overall management of strategic growth and operational Marketing and Customer building, Relationship management activities in the region.  - Establish connects, Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and aggressive approach to customer acquisition strategies.  - Take ownership of the management of the business.  - Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.  - Working to stringent targets, adhering to the defined timelines.  - Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the market penetration in the new markets.  POSITION REQUIREMENTS  Functional Requirements:  - Experience in working with senior management to align strategies and solutions.  - Must have experience of working in a focused environment.  - Proven track record of successfully establishing new markets and contributing to overall topline.  - Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.  - Go-getter, motivator with positive attitude and ability to work in small groups.  - 5 to 10 years experience of working with Fintech, Consumer Tech, Internet companies is desirable.  - Bachelors' degree required. MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
