Basics:

1) We are building a Design Technology Company that can augment the Waste Management Domain with automation, artificial intelligence & machine learning.

2) Our differentiated product offering to early adopters and small businesses is meant to accrue value in partnership going ahead. Currently, in the pilot stage. Once complete validation is done Minimum Viable Product (MVP) will be rolled out

3) We are looking for a passionate Co-Founder who can work independently and bring in dynamism using an entrepreneurial mindset in the domain of Artificial Intelligence(ML/DL) and

4) Data Science with the ability to plan & deploy Algorithms on the Cloud for Testing and Scale-up

5) Equity would be on the table for the right candidate and the percentage would vary for someone bringing in an investible surplus

6) Salary for the candidate only once we have raised funding for the company and may take more than 6-12 months overall

Background:

- The Founder of the company has over 6+ years of experience in the technology domain and e-commerce prior to delving into the startup field. He is an Alumni of IIT Bombay & The Ohio State University, Columbus (USA).

- Our vision as a startup is to build solutions that enable players in waste management for making the scenario of - Circular Economy- true for the Indian Market through upcycling/recycling via monetization.

- The startup is currently incubated in the Centre of Excellence under the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) startup. It has also got accolades owing to its work.

What you get:

1) Equity compensation + opportunity for a higher stake (if personal funds can be committed)

2) At present, no salary until we raise the funding round

Desired Profile :

Qualification(Preferred): BE/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech from Tier 1 college with 5-10+ years of experience

Salary: Equity-based Engagement

Skillset:

1) Knowledge of various tech stacks - methodologies, frameworks, components & cloud platforms

2) Well versed with Python, AI/ML, DevOps, AWS, OOPs concepts, SQL/Non-SQL Database, Firebase, Javascript, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails

3) Experience in building agile, highly scalable, data-driven platforms from scratch by understanding the customer and business priorities

4) Apt in persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

5) Experience in managing enterprise-grade systems and architecture
