We have developed a proprietary audio content recognition technology that allows us to understand a person's offline media consumption, such as viewership on TV, radio, movies in theatre etc. Our signal processing DNA and core technology background powers our innovative product portfolio for the media and advertising industry.

ZAPR is deployed across more than 10 million devices and is over 1000x larger than any other media consumption and audience measurement repository in India. ZAPR Media Labs in Bangalore is currently one of the industry's leading research facilities in ACR/media detection technologies, and we- re building some exciting technology platforms in the data analytics and ad-tech space. We are creating technology ground up that can leverage our media consumption data and enable content owners and brands to identify, connect and engage with their target audiences across the offline (TV) and online (Mobile, Apps, Social) universe. Brands can now identify their TV audiences in real-time and target them across the social and mobile landscape and drive features like cross-medium synchronized advertising. ZAPR is currently working with leading brands and media buying agencies in India.

Job Descriptions :

Campaign AdOps Manager

Location : Bangalore

Description :

- The Campaign AdOps Manager plays a crucial role at ZAPR, managing client relationships with multiple advertiser and client accounts. The candidate will have to work closely with the Revenue and Sales team to understand the client expectations and the campaign objectives, as well as with the Product and Engineering team to understand the product portfolio and product offerings as well as track specific features as required by the campaign.

- They will have to take complete ownership of the campaign right from the time it is won by the sales team, from pre-launch setup, execution, optimization and detailed reporting. They would need to monitor each campaign very closely and make tweaks whenever required.

- They would also be required to create relevant strategies to meet the client's and company's goals. They would have an excellent understanding of the internal workings of the ZAPR platform including supply and demand dynamics in order to provide the appropriate audience matching opportunities for clients.

Additionally, they will be responsible for managing and delivering on all data queries and deliverables across all ZAPRs data products.

Requirements :

- This candidate would need to be a multi-tasker and comfortable working across a large number of campaigns and independent work streams simultaneously.

- They have exceptional attention to detail, are rigorously analytical and have excellent communication skills - verbal and written. They should have previously spent a few years managing mobile advertising campaigns independently and must have had some client facing experience.

- 2+ years of prior experience managing mobile advertising campaigns independently

- Understanding of ad exchanges, ad servers, tracking tags

- Good working knowledge of MS excel or related tools

- Willingness to work and thrive in a startup atmosphere

- Motivated and self-driven

- Able to take ownership and take accountability

- Excellent communication skills and client facing skills
