Roles & Responsibilities :
- Spend time reading through existing HR policies and procedures, research on best practices on policies followed across other companies, apply/implement these at our organization
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate fact-based recommendations and measurement of progress for OD&L interventions and initiatives
- Responsible for up-to-date reporting on a regular basis
- Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiencies in the existing processes and propose recommendations
- Execute seamless data integration on HRIS, by gathering & reviewing data from internal stakeholders and updating the needful by ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Understand and use the right communication channel to communicate to employees & stakeholders depending on the situation
- Act as back-up to for payroll processing when needed
- Work closely with Admin team for coordinating on HR projects/trainings like workshops etc whenever needed
Background :
- 3-4 years- experience in a Human Resources Operations/Data Management role
- Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database, HR tools and systems
- Good data skills and problem solving - experience on MS Excel is mandatory
- Ability to analyse reasonably large amount of data and make sense of it
- Must possess basic communications & presentation skills
- Should be detail-oriented, highly organized and self-motivated
- Must possess the ability to adapt and respond to change
