BlueStraws Concept is an exciting start up and funded company building a mobile marketing and customer engagement platform using mobile app technology called Zapify that allows customers to get targeted offers & deals from their favourite brands on the move and get rewarded for using them. We are looking for people who want to build and grow along with our vision.

Role description/Primary responsibilities:

Position : Sales Manager

The primary responsibilities would include:

- Win new clients.

- Manage & retain existing accounts.

- Establish and communicate business development strategies and targets for your territory and/or market.

- Build referral and lead generation network.

- Identify clients needs and gather+communicate client feedback

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, a people's person.

- A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.

- Has unlimited appetite for growth.

Learnings:

- Get to work and learn in an aggressive startup environment

- Work with experienced people based out of India and United States.
