Zanskar Advisors - Investment Banking Role

We are looking to add a member to our team at the junior / mid level.

Job Description :

- Candidate should have a few years' work experience in the financial services industry or in a corporate finance role within a corporate / business group or in a corporate finance / investment banking outfit

- Ideally, he/she should strongly desire to make a career in areas like Private Equity / Venture Capital syndication and/or M&A advisory

- Candidate should be confident and presentable

- Candidate would be expected to primarily focus on transaction execution; an equally important role would be to help with preparation of pitch presentations (to win new business)

- Transaction execution would include industry research, company research, valuation analysis, preparation of Information Memorandum (or similar transaction marketing document) and detailed Financial Model, negotiations and deal closing documentation

- Candidate would be assisted and supervised by an experienced, senior team member, who would have over a decade of work experience

- Online access to various relevant databases would be available

- Candidate should be a team player, honest, hardworking and adaptable

- Ideally, the Candidate could be a B.Tech., an MBA, an Engineer-MBA or a CA by qualification
