Zaggle - Senior Product Manager

Zaggle is a B2B Fintech company digitizing spends to unlock potential and drive growth. Zaggle today works with over 2500 corporates, multiple banks and networks, about 8500 merchants and about 3.5 M users. Zaggle offers platform solutions to businesses for Expense management & employee reimbursements as well as rewards & recognition. The company is also working to create a global open banking platform.

Zaggle was founded in 2011 by Raj N. Phani, a serial entrepreneur, and seed investor.

Location : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for ideatiaing and creating innovative credit products for SMEs/Startups

- Responsible for Product Lifecycle concept to deployment including flow charts, feature scripting, documentation etc.

- Be the voice of the customers for internal teams. Work with customers to understand requirements and constantly strive for product refinement

- Identify market requirements, define product vision, GTM, create design concepts and drive implementation of the overall product roadmap

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, IT, customer support, finance and other cross functional groups to align and execute the product road map

- Work with the UX team to create wireframes, defining user journeys and creating visual designs for APP

- Work with external partners like Banks/NBFCs to articulate value proposition and co-create innovative products

- Define Product Road Map, Creating PRDs, prioritizing the features to be implemented in sprints and ensure timely delivery

- Define SOPs and share with all stakeholders )Operations/customer support post implementation

- Define product success metrics and ensure that they are constantly achieved.

- Be Champion of the product and do product demos/webinars to clients/partners

- Work with internal teams to ensure issues reported by customers are addressed promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Candidate must have experience in credit card product development
