Product Manager - CA + Product Introduction: Zaggle is a B2B fintech company that digitize spends through innovative payment solutions. We work with about 3500 corporates that have a strong supply chain network of more than 100,000 SMEs including distributors, wholesaler and retailers. Zaggle is now building a financial ecosystem around its SME network by offering them a founders credit card, open banking platform and working capital credit. We have built a unique open-banking platform to manage cashflows and credit of SMEs. This is an opportunity to work in one of the most sought fintech area and build a great platform addressing pain points of SMEs. You will work with the colleagues from some of the best B-schools including IIMs and other elite schools such as NYU Stern, Melbourne Business School. We are looking for a Product Manager to help us create the Neobanking platform incorporating fintech products. Responsibilities 1) Discover and work on problem Extensive research on users, identify problem, valuable and feasible solutions to problems. 2) Define Solution including product solution, mapping needs/problems to solution, build value proposition and prioritize requirements. 3) Develop process flows, Standard Operating Procedures and manuals for Product 4) Work with the cross functional teams such as Sales, Strategic alliances, customers etc. and write Product requirement document to enable design and engineering team. 5) Drive and manage partner communication for integration and partnership 6) Define, track and monitor business metrics, and identify growth hacks for the product. 7) Build communication channels and support structure for product 8) Communicate with the team on product roadmap and educate broader team on product. Qualifications and Experience 1) MBA from a top tier school 2) Years of experience in financial services, including atleast 3 years in product management 3) Chartered accountant and product mgmt. experience is a big plus for this role 4) Excellent understanding of product development 5) Comfortable working in a start-up environment and find solutions 6) Self starter that can take lead in getting work done 7) Proficient with tools required for product management
