Introduction: Zaggle is a B2B fintech company that digitize spends through innovative payment solutions. We work with about 3500 corporates that have a strong supply chain network of more than 50,000 SMEs including distributors, wholesaler and retailers.

Zaggle is now building a financial ecosystem around its SME network by offering them a founders credit card, open banking platform and working capital credit. We are working on building a unique open-banking platform to increase the financial efficiency of SMEs.

This is an opportunity to work in one of the most sought fintech area and build a great platform addressing pain points of SMEs. You will work with the colleagues from some of the best B-schools including IIMs and other elite schools such as NYU Stern, Melbourne Business school, Chicago Booth.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help us create the neobanking platform incorporating fintech products.

Responsibilities :

- Discover and work on problem - Extensive research on users, identify problem, valuable and feasible solutions to problems.

- Define Solution including product solution, mapping needs/problems to solution and prioritize requirements.

- Work with the cross functional teams such as Sales, Strategic alliances, customers etc. and write Product requirement document to enable design and engineering team.

- Prepare action plan and roadmap of the product from identifying user needs to building solutions through iterative process.

- Own the product and work closely with design and engineering team.

- Define, track and monitor business metrics, and identify growth hacks for the product.

- Communicate with the team on product roadmap and educate broader team on product.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA from a top tier school

- 10+ years of experience in financial services, including atleast 7 years in product management

- Domain expertise on Open Banking and API Banking

- Excellent understanding of product development

- Comfortable working in a start-up environment and find solutions

- Self starter that can take lead in getting work done

- Proficient with tools required for product management
