Title : Inside Sales Head, XPNS
Responsibilities : Lead a team of Inside Sales professionals to build a robust B2B sales pipeline for our Expense management product
- Leading a team of Inside sales professionals targeting accounts across global markets
- Meeting Inside Sales Targets across global markets India, SEA, N. America
- Ensuring team operations for inside sales functions
- Scheduling Meetings for our Sales consultants & diligent follow-ups
- Sales Conversions for digital DIY leads
- Researching prospects on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn
- Leveraging ones own database as well as provided databases to build sales pipeline for the Sales closing team
- Qualifying marketing generated leads for Digital Sales Consultants based on pre defined criteria
- Lead Generation - Tele-calling, Emailing, social media reach-outs & more
- Exceeding team targets - # Calls, Reach-outs, Meeting setups, Leads qualified, etc.
- Sales funnel planning & maintenance duly catalogued in the CRM Opportunity
- Work in one of Indias fastest growing & profitable FinTech company

Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation (minimum requirement); post-graduation (preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of Inside Sales Experience
- Prior B2B SaaS inside sales (or sales) experience
- Start-ups and SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) sales exposure preferred
- Exposure to FinTech or Expense management sales preferred (not mandatory)
Soft skills :
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Above par communicate skills (verbal as well as written)
- Growth mindset with a passion for Tech
