Overview:-

A young and energetic sales professional with proven track record of successful corporate sales across markets. A savvy professional who is comfortable meeting and exceeding targets and working under timelines. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next strategy, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. Responsible for Sales & Business Development for India other geographies going forward. The candidate should have a good mix of product and business acumen (have leaded both P&L and product metrics), ability to liase with CXOs of top global corporates with ease.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive the sales & Business development in India

2. Own top-line sales targets for entire assigned territory

3. Gather strategic market insights and share valuable customer inputs and share the same with Head of Product and others for continuous product improvement

4. Meet/e-meet customers multiple times in a week to understand their pain points and possible opportunities.

5. Lead customer product/sales demos and take contract negotiations to closure

6. Coordinate with existing internal stakeholders such as product, delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth relationships with enterprise accounts

7. Attend events and thought leadership forums to generate leads by nurturing relationships with CXOs of enterprise accounts

Ideal Candidate:

1. Post-graduate in management (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed university/institution

2. High degree of comfort with technology and latest changes in the tech space

3. Native with social media, digital sales & marketing

4. Analytical mind-set with demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate uniquely differentiated value propositions to both technical and business audiences

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity

6. Work independently with minimum supervision, capable of taking calculated risks and strong decision-making ability

7. High degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go getter attitude

8. Willingness to travel for up to 30% of the time
