Role & Responsibilities: - Own full recruitment life cycle from JD creation to sourcing till offer majorly for tech roles - Could leverage various sourcing channels such as job portals, personal network and referrals to ensure healthy pipeline balancing costs - Understands talent/workforce needs, market gaps/ need gaps to develop innovative recruitment practices which can lead to an improvement in talent acquisition and engagement during the hiring process - Understands the business and roles clearly and works closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders for timely deliverables Role Requirements: - 3+ years of technical/product hiring and sourcing experience in fast-paced tech (preferably e-commerce) companies - Strong communication skills, business/industry understanding, and negotiation skill - Hands-on experience in recruitment for tech roles(sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation). - Familiarity with various recruitment tools - Could work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment - Ability to multi-task and possesses a knack for data
