Responsibilities: - Proactively recruits new Affiliates and qualifies new strategic partner relationships with top tier partners whose client portfolio coincides with VDO.AI ideal client profile. - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues. - Builds relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility. - Coordinate with clients & publishers and resolved all delivery/technical issues. - Manages a network of high-profile strategic partners by establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in organizationally relevant areas in order to obtain introductions, influence or intelligence on top target prospect accounts. - Maintains regular contact with partners through communication channels such as phone calls, email or SMS, partner and networking events. - Manage relationship with partners by supporting requested outbound client introductions as well as elevating issues as needed to support existing and future business development initiatives and product integrations. - Maintain and grow our revenue relationships with strategic partners - Close collaboration with Partner key stakeholders across all levels of the organization on managing existing and new workstreams, and prioritizing efforts and resources on both sides based on revenue or strategic importance - Be the face of the business to partners and lead quarterly (or where applicable monthly) business reviews to key partners in order to provide additional value and insights, set benchmarks and performance goals. - Closely monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration of VDO.AI data products within strategic partners. - Develop/analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends, and optimize workstreams towards monetization goals for both parties. - Partner internally with Product, Business Development and Sales to understand revenue pipeline/strategy and prioritize workstreams with partners accordingly. - Align partners key strategic accounts with internal sales teams to accelerate time to market and joint revenue opportunity. Actively track joint sales pipeline towards meeting/ exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Become an expert on VDO.AI products and provide feedback to the product team based on learnings in the field. - Project manage implementations of newly closed partnership deals, escalate implementation issues to partner engineering, data operations and product teams. - Manage partner reporting and coordinate monthly billing processes with Finance teams. Requirements: - 5+ years of partner management, business development or account management in relevant industry. - Understanding of partner business drivers, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence partner organizations, from sales and delivery through senior and executive management - Relationship management and networking ability - Ability to work and interact with cross-functional teams in a constructive approach. - Revenue focused, including solid history of revenue building successes and demonstrated excellent negotiation and analytical skills across contractual, technical and financial areas. - Customer (eg. partner) obsession mindset. Strong sense of intellectual curiosity. - Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, verbal and written. - Proven cross-departmental, cross company project management and organizational skills, and comfort with KPI driven business management. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. - Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations.
