VDO.AI is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to manage our New Product Development initiatives. Our native video product powers leading web publishers globally; including the likes of Dainik Jagran, Scroll Media, The Hindu etc, serving over 1B impressions every month and growing. Looking for someone who is a hustler, can work in a start-up environment and is a go - getter. Responsibilities : 1. Create and sustain a strong New Product Development (NPD) vertical in Engineering 2. Collaborate across multiple teams - marketing, product, finance to ensure coherence and swift execution 3. Pick up important projects that need to be unlocked to enable growth. This could range from redesigning our client support process to improve client experience 4. Finalize product claims and ensure business case delivery of all new products Requirements : 1. Must have handled or worked on complete complete Product Development cycle - from kick-off till Product Launch 2. Preferably from tech/marketing background 3.
