Z1 Media is seeking an experienced B2B technology marketer to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team. In this role, you will lead and manage all customer engagement and acquisition programs including events, public relations, content, digital, and demand generation. As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will leverage client insights, feedback, and performance data to build and optimize scalable and innovative marketing programs for our product. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with a natural aptitude for experimentation. In addition, this person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage shifting priorities. Responsibilities : - Build and execute strategic marketing programs across various channels like search and social - Manage the strategy and execution of company events including trade shows, dinners, and sponsorship - Develop thought leadership content to drive new leads including whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, and content narratives - Manage the marketing budget and ensure that the spend is properly tracked and reported - Manage the day-to-day operation of the department in order to achieve marketing goals - Own the demand generation strategy and execution including lead nurture programs and email marketing - Own the digital strategy and execution including advertising and social media channels - Recruit, train and manage teams in multiple marketing verticals - Act as a key point of contact for the company management Lead monthly business reviews internally Requirements : - Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field will be preferred - 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably at a B2B technology firm - Experience designing and launching marketing programs from the ground up - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience creating and editing video content would be a plus - Experience in running digital campaigns on platforms like Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc would be a plus - Experience in using Google Analytics would be a plus About Z1 Media Z1 Media is a new age digital media company that strives to innovate digital marketing, advertising and distribution channels.
