As Sales Manager, you will lead all of the tactical sales and client management responsibilities of your book of business. You will be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of first class account management and proactive selling of our true end-to-end technology solution that has a global reach, that is accessible across ALL CHANNELS, ALL DEVICES, and verified with advanced measurement tools powered by data intelligence. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies by delivering superior client service and results. Responsibilities : 1. Lead existing relationships, educate, drive incremental growth and build brand trust on VDO.AI 2. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI- s) and service delivery metrics against client objectives and external market to develop valuable, customized and strategic recommendations 3. Lead account business reviews and goal-setting sessions 4. Work cross functionally to implement plans and achieve goals 5. Identify opportunities and pathways for campaign and overall client success Requirements : 1. 2-6 years of ad sales experience at an agency 2. Established record of exceeding revenue expectations 3. Relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers and technology decision-makers 4. Strong quantitative and negotiation skills 5. Proven self-starter - able to tackle new clients or territories 6. Agile learner - able to demonstrate rapid grasp of new technology and product updates 7. Experience managing longer sales cycles with multiple partners 8. Bachelor's/PG Degree preferred
