We are seeking an organized, efficient, and communicative liaison officer to coordinate between our organization and other relevant entities. In this role, you will act as the middle person between our business and entities such as the DMRC, MCD, NDMC, PWD- s, State & Central Govt., Police and other such relevant authorities who could have a significant impact in the way we run business, to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible. Roles and Responsibilities : - Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other Govt. entities such as the Central Government, DMRC, PWD, MCD, Delhi police etc. - Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business to Govt. authorities - Collaborate and communicate successfully with relevant government entities such as mentioned above, outside of the business & help in scaling towards it. - Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise in operations. - Develop and foster relationships with Delhi Govt., PWD, Central Govt. MCD's & Police - Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the Govt. Entities - Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and relevant Government authorities. - Promptly respond to incidents and other events arising out of the government authorities that could pose as a hindrance in our business, as necessary. - Act as a positive representation of the business to the community. - Actively work in participation in e- tendering process Requirements and Qualifications: - 7-10 years of experience in a related role - Have worked as a Liasioning person in Delhi with the Govt. authorities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships - Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems - Capability to negotiate with and influence others - Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
