Yulu is looking for a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager who is passionate about building a culture of micro-mobility, i.e. one-person commute using MLVs in India. You will: 1. Own and coordinate all aspects of the MLVs- international and domestic supply chains 2. Plan and strategize the procurement of MLVs and their spare parts and minimize costs 3. Set up and manage the entire process, i.e. planning, inventory control, logistics and distribution 4. Proactively identify improvement opportunities in the products/SKUs/spares per se, by coordinating within Yulu and you will work with the vendors to affect the required changes to make them more user and sharing-friendly 5. Ensure zero products/SKUs/spares outages and keep costs down 6. Create and maintain good relations with vendors. Identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery. 7. Manage and monitor all procurement activities: evaluation, contracting, contract management, legal considerations and payment conditions, contractors, performance evaluation and risk assessment. 8. Make recommendations to management to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations in general 9. Work with internal and external stakeholders towards continuous improvement. Drive related best practices in the organization. You will be measured on the savings affected and timely availability of - spare-parts, MLVs and other SKUs. Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager preferably in an international set up. Understanding of fleet management is a good to have. - Excellent vendor management and relationship building skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Process oriented and data-driven decision-making approach - A go-getter with an execution-oriented mindset who can establish best practices - Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization. Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities - Passion for mobility, urban planning, and sustainable living - Experience in the bicycle and/or e-scooters industry will be strongly preferred - Pass out from one of the top institutes (IITs / IIMs / ISB) or global-equivalent.&nbsp; Supply chain management and procurement- related qualifications are preferred - High integrity and great communication and interpersonal skills
