Responsibilities and Duties -&nbsp; Yulu is looking for Manager Strategy and Operations who is passionate about building a culture of micro-mobility, i.e. one-person commute using MLVs in India. 1. You will be a key member of the Yulu central team contributing to arrive at strategic and tactical decisions 2. You will be the linchpin and will coordinate the execution of the strategies with the city-heads and other functions across the country, e.g. Ecosystem Partnership, Marketing and Customer Happiness 3. You will tap into vast amounts of data and will use it to ascertain the situation of the on-ground activities and accordingly advise the decision makers 4. You will contribute in setting up and managing the operational aspects of Yulu franchisee set up across India 5. You will help in setting up and managing the Operation's Centre of Excellence (CoE) function You will be measured on the P&amp;L, the usage metrics of the MLVs, revenue, % utilization of the MLVs, customer satisfaction index, the efficiency of the fleet management operations etc. In short, this will be your dream job where you will contribute right from strategizing up to the execution to make micro-mobility a way of life in India to fulfill the overall Yulu Vision. Operational Set up Yulu operations in a city are managed by a City Head. Operations constitutes relocation, repairs and maintenance, safety and security of the bicycles. These activities are conducted by inhouse, contractual and external staff. Geographically the city is split into clusters where the aforementioned activities are managed by the cluster managers. These cluster-managers report to the City Head. Qualifications and Skills - Experience with Business Operations. Understanding of logistics, supply chain and fleet management will be preferred. - A go-getter with an execution-oriented mindset who can establish best practices - Data-driven decision-making approach. Well versed with ANSI SQL. - Pass out from one of the top institutes (IITs / IIMs / ISB) or global-equivalent - Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization. Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities - Passion for mobility, urban planning, and sustainable living - Great communication and interpersonal skills
