Responsibilities and Duties: - "Own" the retention metrics and make it the gold standard for the industry - "Walk the talk" to make Yulu as a "daily toothbrush habit" for the urban commute - Set up the foundation to execute the above charters using data, analytics, tools / platforms - Work with cross-functional team eg Product, Operations, Ecosystem Partnerships, etc to execute the plan. - Bring actionable insights from the customers to make Yulu services better - Link the retention and usage metrics to customer acquisition strategy to align it with business goals Characteristics & Qualifications : - Must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community-oriented - High level of collaboration, energy and a can-do attitude.
