1. Conceptualize and manage employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
2. Manage entire employee lifecycle
3. Attrition Analysis
4. Execute Talent Management strategies for the organization
5. MIS management
6. Drive initiatives for learning and development and Rewards
An ideal candidate will have :
