Yulu - Manager - Data Analytics & Business Insights (3-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver critical data-driven insights to solve key business problems, aid decision making, and enhance consumer (behavior) understanding

2. Build deep & hands-on knowledge of data structure, logic and operations of Yulu's data platforms to extract data, conduct analysis & build intelligence

3. Break down business/ marketing problems into actionable data problems

4. Indulge in periodic customer interactions for qualitative analysis, to validate data-based insights and as a source for building new hypothesis

5. Become the expert on User journey/ lifecycle, usage & behaviour insights, identifying drop-off points, Customer experience etc.

6. Design A/B experiments, analyze results & share inferences to improve processes, product features, Offers, Pricing, customer experience

5. Understand city & business-line specific use-cases and enrich marketing/ org. understanding through data, analysis & insights.

Key Skills:

1. High business & customer orientation - with a flair for data analysis

2. Build rapport & great working relationship with stakeholders - Data, Product, City Ops, Customer Success

3. Theoretical & working knowledge of data analytics is an advantage

4. Comfort with numbers, ability to spot patterns

5. Action-biased

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 3 years or more in business analytics function of a start-up/ early stage

2. Graduate in Engineering, quant, pure sciences. MBA is a plus.

3. Interested in visual/ creative/ performing art
