Responsibilities and Duties : As Director - HR, you will be responsible for building a world-class team of passionate individuals and creating an amazing people-centric culture at Yulu. You will be working towards humanizing leadership, help create an environment and culture where our team members are being heard and valued, they can take big risk without a fear of failure. You will be taking care of all functional aspects like organizational development, hiring, achieving people centric goals and day to day matters within the HR function. Characteristics, Qualifications, and Skills : - 8-12 years experience in the Human Resource team with background in Learning and Organizational Development - Ability to articulate Yulu's vision and created excitement within the external world. - Mindset of a business leader with deep functional knowledge of HR. - Ability to set up processes to bring efficiency to the function. - Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization and establishes best practices. - Passion for mobility, urban planning, and sustainable living. - Postgraduate from one of the top institutes in India or global equivalents. - Empathetic person with great communication and interpersonal skills.
