- Strategic ability to build effective recruiting strategies that contribute to the team's hiring goals and ensure a healthy pipeline and access to diverse talent.

- Rely on data to drive decision making and stakeholder management.

- Connect business hiring priorities to company growth goals ensuring we hire right and with long term in mind.

- Regularly think outside the box and have an arsenal of ideas on how to best engage and bring together diverse talent, hiring managers, and the opportunity.

- Have experience growing teams from good to great and will jump in personally to do the work when needed.

- Have experience with an organization that has undergone significant growth, change, and/or international expansion.

- As an ambassador of SPOCTO, amplify core values and build employee connections; keeping people informed and engaged, and driving the best experiences for committed and potential candidates, hiring managers, and the team.

- Develop creative solutions to problems while proactively ensuring teams are productive.

- Own the full-cycle recruiting process - Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent.

- Proactively develop talent pools/ talent communities to dip into when hiring is in full swing.

- Proficient in volume and bulk hiring

- Work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance.

- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines


- 12 years of related work experience which includes recruiting end to end

- Awareness of current market trends

- Effective communication skills

- Proven experience in Bulk Hiring /Volume Hiring for Contact Center

- Commercial and analytical know-how is required

- Ability to be strategic and tactical in decision making
